At Aether Smiths Supply Co., we craft limited-run apparel and accessories inspired by the wild genius of inventor Nikola Tesla, blended with rugged grit, cosmic vibes, and just a dash of humor. We stand behind every piece with a fair, no-nonsense returns process.

Return Process

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and free from any wear, odors, or alterations (especially important for hygiene with apparel and accessories). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return shipping label where applicable.
If the issue is our fault (defective, damaged, wrong item, etc.), we'll cover return shipping: contact us immediately.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (in the case of damaged and defective items we'll provide a prepaid label for US returns; international customers should contact us for options).
For international returns outside the EU, return shipping is customer responsibility unless due to our error (we'll cover reasonable costs or offer alternatives).
Return shipping is your responsibility for change-of-mind reasons (e.g., wrong size or preference).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if abuse of the policy is suspected

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and Contact Us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain Nikola Tesla-inspired final-sale items from our limited-run and exclusive collections may be non-returnable except for defects—check the product page for details.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Custom or personalized products (such as special orders or made-to-order Nikola Tesla-inspired designs) are non-returnable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return the current one (once accepted), then place a new order for the desired size, style, or color.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at aethersmithssupplyco@gmail.com.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If unavailable (e.g., expired card), store credit may be provided.

Warranty disclaimer

Our products are not warranted beyond the return period unless specified on the product page.
