Aether Smiths Supply Co. is an independent business inspired solely by the historical figure Nikola Tesla (1856–1943), the inventor renowned for his work on alternating current, wireless energy, and other innovations. Our designs, products, and references—including historical photos, inventions, and parodic elements like "Tesla Electric Co."—draw exclusively from public-domain historical materials. They serve as a tribute to or playful parody and satire of Tesla's defunct ventures, notably the Tesla Electric Light and Manufacturing Company (founded 1884, defunct 1886). That company ceased operations in 1886, and no entity owns, controls, or holds any ongoing rights to it today—its legacy, name in historical context, and related materials are fully in the public domain.

We claim no rights to, or affiliation with, any trademarks owned by others. Historical images of Nikola Tesla used are in the public domain.

Specifically:

• We are in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Tesla, Inc. (formerly Tesla Motors), its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any modern entities using "Tesla" in branding (e.g., vehicles, energy, or technology).
• References to "Tesla" or related historical terms are used solely for descriptive, inspirational, or parodic/satirical purposes, referencing the public-domain legacy of Nikola Tesla the inventor—not any contemporary companies. All such trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, with no endorsement or affiliation implied or intended.
• The "Tesla Electric Co." reference is a good-faith parody and artistic commentary on Nikola Tesla's original, defunct Tesla Electric Light and Manufacturing Company from the 1880s, intended for historical and creative commentary without causing commercial confusion or implying any source connection.

This use is non-commercial in source-identifying intent for third-party marks — our products identify Aether Smiths Supply Co. only. We have no intent to confuse consumers or dilute any famous mark.
